Bumpy the king of the people

Present time

Bumpy is a self-proclaimed king in his country. His rule knowns no challenge and any opposition will go down.

Origin story

Bumpy had a rough time growing up. You could always find Bumpy out on the streets, hustling and enforcing his will. Bumpy strengthened his hold over the people and took a liking to politics. With his goon squad, Bumpy was the first man without education to be elected mayor. Weirdly enough the city thrived under Bumpy’s ruthless leadership. Word of this no-nonsense successful leadership reached out and landed Bumpy a seat on the national council. But Bumpy wasn’t one to sit and listen; he wanted to lead. Only a few days after receiving his new position, he managed to sway public opinion into an uprising and promised significant reformative changes that would benefit all. The first change he made after the takeover was to crown himself king of the people.

Recruitment into the Bad Samaritans

It took The Chimp a while to figure out what makes Bumpy tick and get him onboard. Bumpy was continually receiving calls, emails and visits from The Chimp and his allies to join the Bad Samaritans. One message set him off to finally join the cause. A letter sent by notorious writer Gonny Petterson stating; You chicken?

Ability

+2 power to all your cards with empire and social powers on them.

Tip: If a power card you own has a social or empire type symbol on them, the entire card has its power level increased by 2. If a card has an empire, social and nature type on it and a power level of 7, when you’re fighting a nature type scenario the card can be used as a power level 9 card for nature as well.

Meet the makers

It all started when Gils decided to create a superhero based card game. The idea was to have a game based on scenarios (problems) and having superpowers in your hand that you would need to solve them. With his very twisted brain, Gils quickly created cards that didn`t fit in a game of heroes. It was soon decided that this was not a game of justice but a game of injustice!

Vincent joined the team because of his many years of experience as an illustrator and graphic designer. The two cousins decided to catch up, and when Vincent played the game, he was hooked and couldn’t resist drawing such an artistic game.
